Florida Draft Horse Rescue is a Florida Non-profit organization. However, we are not registered with the IRS as a 501.c..3 org because of the filing cost has gone to horse care. Contributions or gifts to Florida Draft Horse Rescue are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. However, they may be tax deductible under other provisions of the Internal Revenue Code.
